About Us
Established in the year 2002, we, Ratnadeep Metal and Tubes Limited,
are a well reckoned manufacturer and exporter of Industrial metal
products including Industrial Pipes and Tubes. These products find
application in various industries such as construction, petrochemical,
automobile, sugar and others.
We are highly reckoned as a client
centric company which strives hard to cater best quality products that
adheres to the international quality standards. We are facilitated with
state-of-the-art infrastructure that includes in-house design unit and
CAD/CAM facilities. Our unit also possesses an O.E.M. Spectrometer that
measures up to 32 elements and provides the result of any sample in
just 45 seconds. With our superior business standards we have been able
to gain various certifications such as ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004,
OHSAS 18001:2007 and PED 97/23/EC.
We have been guided by
the vision of our mentors, Mr. Jayant V. Jain and Mr. Bharat S. Sanghav.
Their rich industrial experience of 18 years has helped us to create a
niche in the industry. Their inspiration and cooperation has enabled us
to give our best in our job.
Further, our extensive manufacturing programme comprises tube outside diameters of 3.0 mm to 219.10 mm with wall thicknesses of 0.4 mm to 12.70 mm. The combined annual production volume of over 7500 tons is divided among the company's two locations, between them employing a workforce of 500.
Our Plants
Unit 1
Located at Rajpur (40 km from Ahmedabad, towards Mehsana) manufacturing Stainless Steel Seamless / Welded Tubes & Pipes and Carbon Steel / Alloy Steel Seamless Tubes & Pipes.
Unit 2
Located at Chhatral (35 km from Ahmedabad, towards Mehsana) manufacturing Carbon Steel / Alloy Steel Seamless Tubes & Pipes.
